Great build. I'm interested in making a similar electronic tray/seat pan. What gauge metal and how did you make your clean bends in the tray?

Thank you! I used a metal bender to make the bends.

Does anyone have a link for the math to calculate wheel travel vs. shock travel?

If you find the appropriate geometry calculations for the correct type of triangle to find angles and lengths of sides, you will get there.

Made the gauge bracket and had it cut from 18g steel. Also got the headlight mounted.

Next was the merge and muffler section. Still need to add spring tabs and a bracket to hold the muffler. Very happy the way this turned out. All stainless tubing and back-purged for best results.

Received the C5 Ignition system. Almost time to fire this thing up.

Love the 4:2:1 exhaust. Not sure how I missed this build. Bike looks great

Agreed, the exhaust looks great. I like that you reused the original finned collars thar connect the pipes to the head.
