Master Cylinder troubles

Any suggestions on how to remove this two bolt? It has been soaking for 3 days in PBlaster. Do they make easy-outs this small?

Cut a slot with a Dremel and use a flat tip screwdriver bit in the impact driver . Wrap rags around it and clamp in a vice. Heat it up with a torch real well and use a impact driver to snap it loose. Heat will crack the corrosion and also wick oil down into the threads.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
