The XS650 kits should work for the CV carbs. A lot of parts for the $....

I must have been tired or they just added the kit for the '78-79 GS1000. I didn't see that last night.

the kits have been well received so far - we already ran out of the GS1000 kits - more are coming in 2-3 weeks.

With the array of needles, the needle jet, choke plunger and assortment of jets, the kits are tremendous value.

We intent to add kits for more models over time.

That's awesome news. Thanks for looking out for us GS guys. You wouldn't by chance have a free shipping promo code you could share with us?

Free shipping on the Z1 site - nothing planned in the near future. As you are probably aware, free shipping is not really free. Companies who offer free shipping have to collect the shipping cost in the product they sell - so you end up with a thorny challenge. The first is adding an uplift to all products, the second is deploying minimums, and the third is eliminating penny parts.

Z1 doesn't have a shipping minimum - so you can purchase as little as you need - and we don't force you to buy more than you need with the 'free shipping over $100' approach. Plus international customers often get shafted when free shipping doesn't apply to them (yet they are still paying extra on purchased to help cover all domestic free shipping).

With Z1 operations merging with Mikes XS and Randakk's they both offer different versions of free shipping - but neither approach appears viable for Z1 due to the sheer volume of small parts we sell. The conversation continues internally, but it is not an easy problem to solve.
