Site Contributions

Since 1996 The GSResources has been the premier place on the Internet for information on 1976-1985 Suzuki GS's. During that time we have provided this site and all of it's services free of charge.  Our costs have gone up since then due to significant growth in the size of the site, the number of participants, as well as additional interactive features.

In the past, the website was supported by "borrowing" server space and when that because undoable we accepted a sponsor.  Because the sponsor created parts for GS motorcycles I felt that this worked against our perceived impartiality when it came to recommending replacement parts.  With the goal of remaining impartial, and because I felt that site visitors would be willing to support the website, the site was changed to a user supported website. 

So how about tossing a couple bucks our way to help keep the site running? It's easy!  Select an payment method from our contribution options.  It can be as little as one U.S. dollar - every dollar helps. 

Contribute $15 or more, and we'll change your forum title to "Site Supporter". Good for one year.  Donate $25 or more and we'll make you a "Super Site Supporter". (It's not much, we know, but it's something!)

Paypal Donations Paypal is a convenient way for GSR members to support the website.  They do however charge a transaction fee on every contribution.  For instance, to make a $25 donation you must actually pay $26.06.  Go to http://paypalfeecalculator.paymentprocessing.cc/ to calculate the actual cost of your contribution. Please make all GS Resources Paypal donations to fjperreault@yahoo.com.  Include your forum username in the Special Instruction box so that I can modify your forum account.
Mailed Donations Make your check or money order payable to Frank by mailing your payment to Please include your forum user name or email address with your payment so that you can be properly credited.

All contributions will be recognized on a forum page accessible by all contributors unless you wish to remain anonymous and a caption will also be added to your forum avatar.  Please indicate if you wish to remain anonymous when making your payment.

What You Should Know

Although The GSResources is a non-money-making, user-supported service, we are not a registered not-for-profit corporation, therefore contributions are NOT tax-deductible.
