It's this silver bike's silver anniversary already. I can remember stopping by Dynamic motorcycles to look at the Katanas in the window at night like it was a couple of summers ago. I would dream about this bike for more than 15 years before I actually owned one.
 
Every part of it has either been cleaned, repainted, rebuilt or polished in the past 10 years.

All upgrades had to be pre GSX-R period old-school if you will. The powder coated wheels are 6 spoke '83 GS1100 front and GS1150 for the back, the oil cooler is also from the 1150. tires are Metzeler, ATK fork brace, Koni shocks, Progressive suspension springs, Ferodo pads - everything down to the Yoshimura pipe and 'solo'seat (pun intended) is 80s era.

I've owned a half dozen Suzuki motorcycles in the last three decades but can't see ever parting with this one.
