    81 gs400l camshaft's

I have some pitting on my original camshafts.

And 2 from a donor motor that are allot better visually.

Assuming its from 80-82 because its identical to mine visually.

I've measured every dimension and it matches my original cams however I can't measure duration and degree's at the moment without and assembled engine. They look Identical however looking is not enough for me.

    Question:

My original cam's have markings that say R3, 442, (B), (J) On the intake
    R2,442, B, (C), on the EX

    The Donor cam's have R1, 442, (K), (7) in the IN
    R4, 442, (K), (4) on the EX

    Are they really Identical ?

    thanks

Who cares if they are original? Use the best cams you have and slam it together.

    To measure is to know.
