I am loosing the will.. please help

    Hi,

I'm having massive problems with the brakes on my gs1000g.

I have replaced the front brake master as it was physically damaged. I struggled to get one... and on a bit of a budget I bought one for a GSX600F .. as I was told any twin disk suzuki would work... and I thought it would be better with a newer part. So i fitted this no problem.

However, it did not come with the brake light swich, like what was on the original gs1000... you know the pin pushing bit. I have bought a switch but its turned upand its not the right one.

I'm at a loose end.... the underneath of the gsx600f brake master just seems to have one screw hole and one metal plate? do no where to fit this switch? am I dong something massively wrong?

any help massively appreciated or i'm going end up throwing the thing!!!!

+1. That is what I did. Easy fix and more reliable.

It's just a small hydraulic pressure switch.

Get the right one for your application.

Talk to the guy at Z1, he knows what you need.

            pressure brake light switch

            Have one on my GS1000G.

No problems with corrosion or fiddly bits.

            The best solution. Completely reliable.
