    Not a GS question ,but

    i have a friend who owns a 1983 honda manga v45. he is having some problems w/ the hydrualic clutch. he needs to purge/burp it. if any of have experience w/ this please tell me. he has tried alot of stuff/remedies etc. to get the air out and haveing no luck. thank you all in advance.

    It's like an hydraulic system brakes or clutch they work the same. Be sure there are no leaks anywhere....bleed at the master cylinder first (two ways..first with banjo off use your finger as a valve and then with the banjo assembled crack it to release like a bleed valve)and then the bleed valve at the clutch mechanism... if this doesn't work and no leaks re found the master cylinder is the likely culprit....second would be the clutch cylinder...

      thanks alot. i will send that to my friend. he has been having trouble w/ this clutch forever it seems like.
