What bike? I think someone else suggested to you earlier that it would be easier for everyone if you put your bike in your signature so we can help out. Otherwise, look at the online fiche to any of your local bike shops or try http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm

I think Z1 Enterprises sells stainless bolts kits. Worth a look or just hit your local hardware store.

Suzuki still sell all the crankcase bolts for these motors. I had to drill the heads off a number of the 8mm bolts holding the crankcase halves together, so I replaced all the crankcase bolts when I re-assembled the bottom end. So I know you can still purchase them from Suzuki.

Just added a pic of example of head removed from crankcase bolt -- I know you all like pictures. I have a whole album of them on my project.

Check your local dealer. I just picked up some allen head bolts this morning for my intake boots and ignition cover for less than ten bucks.

                  Hi,

Nope, you can't go to suzuki.com and get parts for your bike. You'll have to visit one of the OEM vendors listed in your "mega-welcome". If you didn't bookmark it, then just visit my little website and click the READ ME page.

                  Thank you for your indulgence,
