First Timer, you've put up the Phillip Island link again.

It's not New Zealand, mate, it's Australia.
DJ, or deejay61, is a member of the CBX club here.

I reckon this photo might have given a hint

Hmmmm! First Timer is probably right. No doubt you Aussies stole Melbourne from us at the same time as you took Bondi.

                No worries..
Just didn't want the damn Kiwis getting any more credit from us.
Next thing you know, they'll be claiming Burt Munro and John Britten as their own..
                Cheeky sods.

He said as he painted the names of famous NZ identities on his national airline carriers.

What are you lot up to now? We told you we didn't want any claim to Russel Crow but we didn't say you could pinch our pioneers Jeane Batten, William Pickering and Edmund Hillary. Come on now, it's not like you haven't got your own famous people. You have Ned Kelly and.. Chopper and.. . . . . . . . Carry on

Hilary? I forgot Ol' Black Toes.

                    As for Ned..
I remember when the Bicentennial was coming up.
One fo the TV channels had reporters going around asking celebs questions about Australia.
They asked Paul Hogan how we got our particular sense of humour.
He replied "What else would you expect from a country who's national hero is a mad Irishman with a tin bucket on his head?

Why do you think he was in Australia?- because he was too normal for Ireland!, that and the fact that it rains so damn much over here that the bucket would have been rusted solid to his head after 20 mins ha ha ha ha ha, kinda knocks the theory that all we ever exported was Guiness, those stupid little green hats with the red hair at the back and f*@%ing bob's own-sorry boyzone-whoever they are.Johnny

Found some video of historic lap record holder Steve Martin aboard this bike at Phillip Island. What a bike and what a rider.

I think I could listen to the snarl of that engine alllll day long.
