Do I have to soak my fibres if im not gonna be riding for a while

    Hey guys,
I'm putting my engine back together, but I dont think the bike is going to be ridden for at least 1-2 months (as the build is still going)
I am using an EBC clutch brand new, and it says to soak them. I have read mixed reviews of people saying u dont need to soak them and some say you must soak them.
Since i wont be riding for a while, i dont want them to gum up...can someone shed some light.

    Cheers

You do have to soak them but do you have to put them in right now? Only takes about 10 mins to put platesin. And make sure all the steel plates are put back in the same way, they are stamped out when made so the have a curved edge and a sharp edge.
