I love the faired CBx in grey. On the bike bucket list.

The 1980 seems like a fair deal compared to others I have seen.

I remember a few years ago several of the faired versions were hitting the market with just a few miles on them, some with zero miles. The story was they were bikes used to train technicians how to work on them.

I've always thought the White/Blue ones with the touring fairings were sleek-looking bikes.

In HS we all wanted the legendary Z1 of course, and then everybody came out with faster 1000's, and we all wanted a 1980 GS1100ET.

Such great memories. I want to do a cross-country trip on a faired CBx someday.

Would love to have a nice CBX just to have it. Just don't see them around here.

Stuff I've done to my bike 1100E front end with new Sonic springs, 1100E swing arm conversion with new Progressive shocks installed, 530 sprockets/chain conversion, new SS brake lines, new brake pads. New SS fasteners through out. Rebuilt carbs, new EBC clutch springs and horn installed. New paint. Motor runs strong.

That gray one is close to me. If anyone is seriously interested I can go look at it.
