    Back in the GS Game

I had no GS for several years after wrongly selling the GS1000C and GS1000GT. Now I picked up a somewhat rashed but very low milage GS1000GX ( 1981 ). 4200 miles on it. It is very stock with absolutely no rust, excellent rust free exhaust, and most stock parts otherwise. Everything looks like new except for a list of stuff rashed in a right side fallover. I guessing it was dropped early in its life and stored and maintained in this clean condition. I fit this big shaftie better than any other bike and love the seat, which is perfect and like new. Once its is detailed, I'm keeping it. I'll be looking here for minor parts.

The bike came with a Vetter Nightstalker with radio/cassette player. This fairing will be sold separately.

Sound like a really great find. Those seats are incredibly comfortable, so flat and wide. I personally hate Windjammers and would immediately lose it, just as you are. Like riding behind a barn door, and takes away a lot of the riding enjoyment for me. Looking forward to seeing pictures...
