View Full Version : New User Titles

I figured that since I've been up to my butt in alligators then why not add a couple more to the mix. To that end I have gone and modified the User Titles in the forum. To the uninitiated what this is is where you have a title near your forum name to give folks an idea of how much you post. It breaks down as follows.

Forum Lurker 0 posts
Forum Newbie 1-19 posts
Forum Apprentice 20-99 posts
Forum Mentor 100-999 posts
Forum Sage 1000-4999 posts
Forum Guru 5000-9999 posts
Forum Employee :) 10000+ posts

Note: Post counts are based on the total number of posts you have ever made, not the number of posts you currently have in the forum. That is because some of the forums are purged which would affect your count.

Well, I just deleted my posts about this in the April 2015 changes thread....

I looked up my new title of Sage.. A wise man distinguished for wisdom and from experience. It may not fit entirely, (or even a little:p),but I am always trying to learn more about these old machines......

Intriguing.. I was kinda in the ??? Zone when you became a senior member after 100 posts.

So what's the pay and benefits when you become an employee??? I'm guessing it comes with a great health plan and competitive 401K!
LOL Cool idea!

I don't know, I just found out a bit ago that I am an "employee". :-k

Still trying to ascertain the extent of the benefits package.

Mentor eh! Been called worse I suppose.
So I have to look after this kid and from time to time let this woman dress up as me so she can lean on him to chase off his mother's gentlemen callers.
Any gig in today's economy is a good gig. :)

A big thank you to all the people involved in changing over at the weekend while I was out enjoying log splitting.

Hey Bill,

I can just imagine all the GSR members listed with over 24K posts as characters from "The Flintstones" Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo. All of them Grand Poobas!

You are correct: this is a great forum for riders of Gs series bikes, as well as others. New owners are always welcome, but you will get more responses if you post your info here:
