    What Carb Syncronizer would you recommend for a 1982 GS 1100 GL?

        There is not a lot to go wrong with them.

          Carbtune. Worth every penny. Awesome piece of equipment and no mercury to mess with .

          I don't personally ahve what's linked below but I've heard good reviews on it.

            Another vote for the Morgan Carbtune.

            Pays for itself in one use, easy to use, and no fluids or crappy dial indicators to calibrate.

              These guages are a PITA. You have to sync each one with one cylinder before you start to make sure the gauges are calibrated & then you can get around to doing all four. By that point you'd be done and packing up with the Morgan.

                I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

                  Calibrating them doesn't have to be that bad. I made a little manifold to hook all 4 gauges to my Mightyvac bleeder at once. I'd still rather have a Carbtune though.

                    I still have the old Mercury Carb Sticks... I'd love to get rid of that poison out of my garage! I do take special care when using, handling and storing them. But yeah, I need to update...

                      I have the Motion Pro with the blue stuff in the tubes, most people don't like them, I think. I posted pictures of mine in action when I had to re-jet with the 4 into 1 exhaust. My bike is running good.

                        I have an old set of Honda brand vacuum dial gauges that still work great and very easy to use.

                          I can vouch for the carbtune as well. Bought one as a complete novice, worth every penny.
