I listed bikes I own and I think a couple I have owned and now trying to edit the signature (new bikes) but don't see that I can edit. I did read something about user CP and didn't find that button but did find a way to edit my profile but not my signature.

There are two buttons at the top, "Forum" and "What's New". Click on "Forum".
Look on the blue bar for "Forum Actions", click on it. From that drop-down menu, click on "General Settings".
In the new window that opens, look down the left side, you will see a section called "My Settings".
In there, you will see the option to "Edit Signature".
