    Turn signal wiring

    recieved the bike with front turn signal lamps off bike. Trying to figure out how the wire into the bike. can anyone tell me which wires to look for.

    You'll likely find the connectors inside the headlight bucket. What year/model bike do you have?

      ground wires

      Unless someone has messed with it, you should be able to figure it out with ease. Be sure to get both sides grounded and then, figuring out which is which should just take a minute. If you have access to a wiring diagram, that's even better yet.

        81 gs750 several wires inside the headlight housing but have had no luck looking for description of the wires

          OK if the colors are the same as the shafties, (it should) the hot wire for the right turnsignal is a green wire, the hot for the left is a black wire, both will have single bullit type conectors, and the ground for both will be a black with a white stripe wire with a double bullit conector.
          you can also buy a cheap 12 volt test light and use it to track down the proper wires.
