    Of Gaskets and Goo

    I was researching on the internet the best way to install gaskets and also looking for some recommendations on good cements/compounds to use. I came across the following page on gasket installation:


    Also, I found a page by the same author on various "chemicals" that he uses on motorcycles:
    Sprays, Oils, and other Chemicals for use on motorcycles.


    I hope these sites prove useful to those of our readers looking for advice.

    That tinners fluid is great for old wires and new ones also

      That whole website (http:\\www.dansmc.com) is full of great info. That's also where I found the spark plug images. He does some goofy html stuff that's kind of annoying, but if you can get past that it's a great site.

          Yeah,me too Scotty ! Yamaha bond is also called anaerobic gasket sealer.You can also get it at auto parts stores-Wallmart Autozone etc.Exact same stuff.

            That's not the only place I've found those anoying whatever the he11 they are. Ebay is full of them. Makes me not want to ever revisit their websites. Guess they think those are cute. I DON'T
