UPDATE: My new tail lights arrived in the mail today. The correct parts and no charge. Pretty awesome..
I've used this online site for parts a few times before for both my Suzuki and my daughter's Yamaha.
Anyway, recently I ordered some tail lights from this company. I needed the tail lights with two wires and got lights with a single wire. I contacted the company by email and explained what had happened.
Their reply was for me to keep the wrong lights and expect the correct ones in the mail. I was just hoping to be able to mail them back the wrong lights without having to pay postage, so Parts N' More went the extra mile.
I believe they are based in Canada so the shipments usually take longer than the U.S. companies I use, but I sure like their customer service!
And I've actually been able to find parts I could find elsewhere. It's a good site.
