    Cycle Gear coupon

In the mail today, in store purchases $20 off a $75 purchase. Read the fine print. Excludes nearly every item they sell except their store brands, and any item already discounted. So basically NOTHING they sell. Oh, and it expired 12/25. Here is my email to customer service:

Thanks for sending me the coupon for $20 off on a $75 in-store purchase. I received it today, January 17. It expired 12/25. Since it excluded nearly every product in your store except for regularly priced Bilt and Sedici which are never regularly priced, it wouldn't have been that much help anyway. Certainly not enough for me to make a trip to the store. Suggest you find the genius that thought that one up and reassign them

It's a family owned and operated business, heh eh. I once had a exceptionally slow service problem with them, and sent a email to their customer service person saying they could locate the incompetent in the hay stack by looking for the ring of Krispy Kreme icing around their mouth and noting if that person had moved at any time during the past few weeks LOL.

I was amazed to get a reply this morning. I take back the bad things I said. I also remember them helping me when their ad promised a $449 Bell Star helmet for $249, and it turned out to be a Qualifier. When I pointed it out, they sent me a special link for the Star at $249. Then exchanged it after the face shield flew apart.

          Hi Bob,
Thank you for contacting the Website Customer Service. We are sorry to hearthat you received an expired coupon. Sadly, since the coupon has expired itwill not work.
We have added $20 dollars in online store credit to your account, so if youpurchase from us again in the future you will get $20 dollars off your nextonline purchase.

Deuce..... In 1969 we were the lead technologically to the point we had people smart enough to send live humans to the moon and bring them back to Earth alive and well. TODAY..... We need signs on store shelves warning not to out soap pods in your mouth. Just how in the hel! did humanity get dummied down to this level in just 49 years??? May God almighty arrive soon and sort this crap out!!!!!

Its a metophoric statement. But i took for granted that would be comprehended.
