    Greetings from asia

fellow owner from malaysia. nut and bolt rebuild sometime last year, looking forward to working on the bike myself. workshop cost is just a little to expensive here

the bike is quite rare here so all of the spare parts have to be imported from either the states and japan. currently running on vanes & hines 4-1 exhaust and rear ohlins absorbers. i feel the clutch is slipping thus looking at dyi replacement if the task isn't too daunting.

    cheers.

Greetings from Tennessee right back at you rusty. Beautiful bike, Suzuki should have used that as an OEM color. If you're debating about installing stripes, There's an "80" 1100E, appx. same color as yours, in our photo Gallery. Go to view gallery, put in 1980, then GS1100, and it will be the last one in the gallery. Owned by Russell Dunstan... Very nice stripes on a very nice bike.

Rob, we call it dinner, as in dinner bell, dinner bell rings to advise farmers in the field that the mid day meal is ready.... After that we may take a nap.

I forgot, it's called the "dinner box" headlight.

Rusty, that's got to be one of the larger bikes you come across in your country.
