This came up while talking to some friends of mine who are new riders and who wanted a low traffic area with alot of different types of roads to get some miles under their belts on.
North Park, near Pittsburgh, offers low traffic and lots of twists and turns with some nice views, especially the road leading up past Lt. J.C. Stone Feild.
Just make sure your bike has a good plate and a good inspection sticker on it as the county cops that patrol the parks seem to look out for these things.
