    sachsaca got seat covered

I had a friend that does upholstery cover my seat. I thought alligator would look good on a mildly tweaked 1980 GS 1000 L. Still got a long way to go but wanted to do this for motivation.

That seat looks beautiful!!! Your friend does great work!
For some reason, I don't think that it will wear out very fast.

      another of sachsaca seat

wouldn't take but 1 pic so here side view, yes I had it done purposely in alligator.
He does it in a really good vinyl, he gets it from out west, he sais it mold better when sewn, it's the only thing he will use.
He cut it down for me in the center and the entire top portion, he then recovered it in a green firm foam. He sewed a thin foam sheat to the cover before he covered the whole seat. He said it is a better way of doing it and it lasts longer. Hurley upholstery in Rougemont NC. He is doing custom cars right now and did this for me as a favor. I should post a helment he did for his brother in law. He covered it in real Mink fur. Her put the little head in front and the tail off the back of the helment.
