lean or rich on low speeds.

Everything is allright, valves, sync, but at lower speeds my bike is not running very smooth, its kinda hestitates, stumbles when i drive at lower speeds type 40-50km/h at 2th or 3th gear, but its like a rocket when i twist the throttle. The pilot screws is at 2 1/4 turn out as the manual says,But is it running lean or rich?????

Move the screws one way, if that doesn't work move them the other. Keep track of where they were before you started. What you really should do is set them by the highest idle method. You sure you don't have any air leaks? Stock air intake and exhaust?

Take a look at your plugs and post the results.
          Have you tried new plugs?

Sounds as if you've got the mains set right (though worth checking you're not lean there) and the issue is with the pilot circuit or on the needle circuit (or on the transition between the two). Have a look at the link on how to do plug chops / set your idle (although most of the article is for VMs the same principles apply to CVs)

Take out the idle mixture screw 3/4 to 1 turn and shim the needle.
