I see. Let me know if I can help. If you ever need another big block I have 1290, 1327, 1400, 1428, 1500 & 1570s. Ray.

Also, you can go 17 to 1 if you want with one of Paul Cashio's starters. I run without a crew too & swear by them! Again, let me know if I can help, Ray.
The rust is way in there I have to replace them. No turbo for this one just normally aspirated I might hit you up for one of those starters later on. I am doing the frame first or until I run out of money. The engine will be last.

Got the fork brace done...I think these are GS 550 or 750 forks, they are pretty skinny. I took the stock fork brace from the GS 1100e and trimmed it down to look a little more streamline. Before After...

I order one of Paul Cashio's starters yesterday to use on my new 1570 13:1 street/strip engine, after read about them in dragbike.com. Seems to solve a lot of problems.

Ray, I am not going to go bigger than 1428. I might even downsize to 1327. It will be a self starter since I race by myself all the time. So 11:1 comp is what I am aiming at.

Kris, are the sleeves at max bore already? Can they go bigger without a resleeve? Keep in mind that I can get you CPs in 1/2 mm increments if the block can take a good honing. This is how I get 1 more build out of 1428 blocks as I can get 83.5s done. Let me know if I can help. Ray.
