Kawasaki Zephyr swing arrm on GS750?

I recently came across a thread on another website where someone bought a GS750 that had an aluminum kawasaki ZR550 zephyr swing arm installed on it-he had no idea how that occurred or even that it was a kawasaki arm. I wonder if anyone else has done that and whether that would be any easier than putting a GS1100E arm on my 750. The kawasaki arm has an eccentric chain adjuster that can also be used to alter ride height so it's kind of an attractive choice. thanks for any info!
