78 gs550e restore in the works

well my buddys grandpa had this gs for years and years an the stoey goes it rode from il to flordia and back then parked for 10 or so years...
it goes the bike has 120,000 i know right lol it has a diffrent engine (vins dont match) so u wonder lol reads 22,000 now. Anyway my friends had it for 5 years and didnt want it to sit and rot after getting a new bike so he sold it to me.... now for pics

first things first a new chain the old one u could allmost curl it into a u...laying flat lmao sooo

sitting at the races got some ricey lights lol with prev owners intruder

now for a new clutch, also the clutch lever itself is real stiff like it skips when released real hard to smoothly let out. is that just a old cable?

now i was bored so lets break out the buffer and sand paper

I got some new wheelbearings but im decideding to do myself or see if my buddy will help me idk how hard is it?
