Many states require a title, so I'd get that cleared up before you start putting time/money into it

Just have Grandma fill out a lost title application and pay the fee

      She sure did like purple

Fun times are waiting for you to rebuild this bike. Good idea to take care of the title first before you start to invest money.

The wheels aren't '77. Other than that, it looks like a great candidate for a cafe build. Good luck!

I actually did the paint and decals on it. I like to do body and paint stuff so I just dove into painting it. the bike was given to my grandma for free so I don't think she will be able to fill out the lost title forms (she got it without a tittle)

                Well

You need to check with the DMV (or whatever agency) and find out about how important titles are in WI

Then, ask who grandma got the bike from and give them a call to see if they were the owner

It may be that you're screwed and it's a parts bike
