    GS750 Upper Triple Tree Swap

Hey everyone, Im new to the forum, so I thought first I would say hey, and thank you for any all help in advance.

I have a 1979 GS750 that Im currently converting to a cafe tracker/racer/bobber whatever you want to call it.

Im wanting to put clip ons, but I hate the way the upper triple tree looks with the clamps. I thought about grinding them down but then im left with holes in it. Does anyone know of a upper triple tree that i will be able to drop into it with little to no modification? Thank you in advance everyone.

You could grind them down and make caps to fit over. I think someone else did something similar but I'm not sure who it was so you might have to search for it. He was following the same basic idea though.

I actually think I saw a video with that tonight. He made a cover to go over it and put some switches in the panel. Great idea!!!!!
