    1980 GS750L fuel/air mix

Alright! I'm new to the forum. Owned my GS750L about a year now. Been running great until recently. Seemed it was flooding carb and cylinder #2. Got a new petcock and also put on 4 air pod filters and eliminated the air box. the air filters and the petcock are installed and fully functional the way they should be but its still bogging down really bad when I give it gas. It's also throwing out white smoke, which it has done on occasion but not like this. Any trouble shooting tips? I've been trying to adjust the three air/fuel screws and it seems like I'm getting closer but still not to the point I can run it up and down the road very well. Also the fuel from the cylinder has not leaked into the crankcase. The oil has no scent of gas what so ever.
