    Help Identifying My Carburetor

    Hey Guys,

New here and new to working on bikes. This is my first project. Just got myself a 78 gs550. I just pulled out my carb and trying to figure out which model I have. It says Mikuni however no where on it does it specify which. There isn't a diaphragm in it. Anyone able to help? Any response is much appreciated.

      They're Mikuni VM series
      I think 22 mm

Have you read the VM tutorial?

Thanks for the response, Big T! I thought they were vm22 but i was watching videos of how to clean carbs and when I started taking it apart it seemed different. I knew there would be a difference but was just thrown off because i didn't see a diaphragm.

Where might I find a VM tutorial?
