About 4500 NOK including shipping and taxes. You should be able to get them a bit cheaper since you're in the EU.

        Ouch, that's about $569 US.

Bought for about 511 USD and the rest was shipping and taxes. Taxes into Norway are high. Sucks when there are no local resellers

Why do people complain about the cost of suspension?

After all, it keeps your ass on the road, in other words it possibly can keep you alive
1978 Gs1085 compliments of Popy Yosh, Bandit 1200 wheels and front end, VM33 Smoothbores, Yosh exhaust, braced frame, ported polished head
1983 Gs1100ESD, rebuild finished! Body paintwork happening winter 2017

I would rather trust my bike to a technician that reads the service manual than some backyardigan that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix things.

Thought it was more just a comment than complaint.

That's the running thing around my house. I feel I'm commenting on something, my wife says I'm complaining. Oh well!

Nice shocks, Mons. Good on you for not taking the cheap way out!

More of a comment, and a complaint of the Norwegian taxes

                Thanks Burque73!

Quality shocks are expensive. I don't think the price you paid is out of line at all. I was pricing YSS shocks a couple years back and the US price wasn't much different than you paid in Norway.

I'll eventually replace my GS750 rears with some öhlins which I'm sure you know are made here in Sweden but I still think they are pricy, 7,700 😳 That's almost $1,000 USD! That's almost as much as I paid for the bike?! Maybe I should get some YSS's also and hope the tax man doesn't get me. Let us know how you like them.
