Fuse box not wired in on 79 gs550

When rewiring the fuseboxes and such after changing out the airbox, I noticed in pics I took before taking everything apart that there are two fuseboxes, one with 4 fuses, and then a separate one with a single fuse. It looks like there's only 1 wire to it, a red one, and it was not attached to anything and not plugged off. curious to what it is and how important it is, since I believe it has been like this for a few weeks (when I bought the bike), and the bike has been running fine and all the electrical seems good. the clymer guidebook did not show a diagram of any of that part under the right side panel in the Electrical chapter.
Perhaps a previous owner did some aftermarket stuff?

found a pic of it on ebay.

It's original. It's just an accessory fuse.

Interesting. looks like it was supposed to hook into the Starter Solenoid or something. In the meantime I'm looking up better diagrams
