1983 GS850g dumping fuel from carbs.

I have a 1983 gs850g that no matter where i set the floats it dumps fuel from the carbs on the intake side. Can anyone tell me what can be causing it.....the floats all seem to seal when i test them with air...I am at a loss.

I bet if you post this in the proper technical forum, Carb/Fuel/Exhaust, you'd get a lot more eyeballs.

You didn't accidentally connect the fuel line to one of the bowl vents, did you?

Carb rebuild tutorial linked in my signature.

Performing the "clear tube" test is critical. I don't do it like shown in the tutorial usually, preferring to do it with the carb bank all together. No guessing that way as to whether or not your carbs are overflowing. Also check your petcock to make sure fuel is not backflowing down the vacuum line and into the carbs that way.
