maybe start a poll on that day.
maybe have folks email you thiere vote.

It's simple really. On Friday, voting day, chime in right here with a post naming your choice for the week.

It'll work and it's great to see where the theme goes from there.

Edit; the quote feature sure is acting weird!

For the category/subject of "Low Light" I found myself choosing between Roger Burque and Justin Jedz (and mine).
DB Glen is colorful, and we have 3 good sunset pics.

But in choosing for the stated category/subject I choose Roger Burque.
Is something of a difficult exposure situation, and the subject matter fills the frame, and is exposed enough and includes enough detail.
(mine was intended as a silhouette).
                    .

Lets see, (if I may): Seven entrys, and then 7 votes.

Looks like a good potential for a tie .... .... but lets see...

                      Post 18, 21, 22 for a total of 3 votes for DB's multicolored castle.
Post 19 & 20 for my GK silhouette. One (and an honorable mention) for Jedz , and one for Burque.

                      So, Mr Glen Dorkburger, Congrats....

and what photo/subject/theme you have for us.....?

                        Congrats, DB.

Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Dave, thanks for the comment (and vote) on my pic. That was a stormy August night and I was trying to get a lightning strike in the photo. We were in between thunderstorms at that moment.

Thanks! Heck, I didn't realize that the winner chose the next subject in Riding Game fashion..... I'm going to go with an interesting and or peculiar roadside attraction.
Think interesting building, sculpture, pile of trash fashioned into a monster, etc. The kind of goofy stuff that gives one reson to pull over for a closer look.

I'm having a good couple of weeks with my hacky cellphone photography. Last week an Instagram group recognized one of my pictures.....

Wow! I used to work on that 747. It was sad when they retired the Shuttle Program and within a very short time after all the shuttles were delivered, they retired the 747's.
I've got lots of pictures of it, even when they disassembled it to move it from Ellington Field to Space Center Houston.

I took this picture one of the times I went to California to work on it.
