    I found a 1983 GS750ED

As I've mentioned I have been looking for this bike...I had the same one brand new when I was 18 and unfortunately I had to sell it not too long after buying it because I needed a reliable car for a new job. I loved that bike.
I had taken an ad out on Craigslist in Vancouver looking for one...last weekend a a guy sent me a link to one for sale in Washington...I called the guy and bought it over the phone....

The details that I know so far..

    He is the original owner
    Just under 17,000 miles
    All stock including original exhaust
    Apparently it runs like new.

I have hired a custom broker to do the paperwork for the border and I'll go get it this week. Can't wait!!!

And it is located 4 miles from me. Hoping to meet up for lunch Tuesday. Canadians aren't safe here without an escort. Fair amount of open carry here in the red part of the bluest county in Washington....

Yeah, I like the ed better than the ef. Like I always say, "Of what use is a motorcycle to me if I can't see the engine?"

Of course if any ZX14R or Hayabusa owners offer to let me take 'em out for a spin, I won't have to think twice.

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

Thanks buddy! I don't mind the gold but I do like the black ones better....
