    Norwegian 1979 GS500E restoration.

    Hi,
this is my gs500e imported from Sweden.
Basically I will have it mostly stock and original but small changes done to it that can be reversed to stock without any issues.
Mostly put on better lights and another rear shocks and maybe a Marving 4-1 exhaust. Thats it.
But first i gotta reassemble it as the previous owner was thinking of making it a cafe racer. Thank God he saw that the bike was too good to chop up.
First i will post a few pics of it and a few things i polished up and painted. Was supposed to do some work on it this weekend but the manflu got me....

Needs a bit work here, installing a new regulator. I have one waiting in a box.

Nothing much but some parts arrived. Gotta refurbish the rim first. New paint and polish it then put on the chain.
