Barely, but still riding Picked up a new to me 2016 Bandit which I'll be riding to Vermont. Long story about it which I'll save for the campfire, other stories too for sure. Not certain what days I'll be there, but would like to do all 4 nights. It'd be good to meet up with others for the ride - Luke? I'm working on a couple of friends as well.

I’d probably be coming up Friday evening and leaving Sunday afternoon, so it doesn’t sound like that lines up with your schedule. If it does I’d be happy to meet up tho.

OK Luke, I'm still not certain of my days off yet, regardless I'd prefer not to arrive at night if I don't need to.

As it stands I am suppose to be going south with GS Scott and Andy the week before rally so I probably will not be bringing all the cooking, gear this year so everyone is on your own.

So count me and maybe 4-5 others in for Saturday night. We have the annual memorial ride for Jack on Saturday day. I'm now planning to arrive with the dudes sometime Saturday afternoon.

Vermont libations will be with me, of course.

I'll be there for 1 night.

    Best,

Hey guys FYI mask mandate goes into effect on August 1st here in Vermont. Masks will be mandatory in any public setting meaning we will have to wear masks the whole time at camp (state land, state mandate) or anywhere you go that's outside our tents.

We also have mandated 14 day quarantine. If your traveling from a yellow or red county 14 day Quarantine is REQUIRED. You can do it from home, a few of my buddies are doing it from home before coming up.

I'll keep you all posted as I have to sit on all press conferences for work.

Don't be surprised if we close state lands come September as we start up school... I didn't think a mask Mandate was in the cards but under the banner of safer schools and keeping Vermonters safe I'm sure we will be slowly going back to tightening things up.

    Best,

That is interesting, in lots of places you can remove the mask when outside and can social distance. Are there fines? Do the park rangers have the authority to write tickets? Good to know prior.

As usual I am working and can’t attend, this time in Germany. Since 22 June I have been in a quarantine status or in a training environment with restricted movement/exposure. I just got to Germany and have another 12 days to go. At least I have beer and WiFi.
