    GS 1150 camshaft sprockets?

I'm rebuilding my 1100 Kat with an 1135 engine.
The compression is on the low side with around 7 to 8 kg/ cmsquare.
I suspect the timing of the cams is incorrect due to the fact I can't align the intake camshaft on it's horizontal mark while respecting the 20 link procedure.
In fact I got the cams with separate sprockets and I assembled them the best I could.
    Here's what I've got:

    IN; R2 cam 451 sprocket
    EX: R2 cam 470 sprocket

    Is this the right setup?

On my 1100 head I had
    IN: R1 cam 4901 sprocket
    EX: R1 cam 4901 sprocket

    Update

I advanced the IN camshaft by 1 tooth and the compression is now better ranging between 9 and 10 kg.
In this configuration the camshaft notches are perfectly aligned when the crank is on the T 1/4 mark.
I suppose that's OK short of dialing in the cams?
