      Well, I got it this far, put the tank on and, Voila!

      One of the oil drains is leaky and the carb is flooding. But, it runs! Fixing both tomorrow. I think there's still some tools in my tool box

        The oil drain wasn't torqued when installed
        The leaky carb was a dried up float bowl gasket, which is a giant O ring. Luckily, my nearby dealer had one in stock
