      Congratulations and enjoy. Incentive...
I like that red. Sort of recalls the 82 1100e color.

.... I have a hat just like that.

Yes, actually...a guy in Illinois bought it...cool story...he used to race AMA super bike...I looked him up and 1981 Daytona when Wes one this guy finished 16th in the race. So it's going to a great home!

I'm pretty sure Trev has the matching red helmet from 1982 on his shelf.

Pretty amazing how tiny it looks next to the Cooley. 75% the size with 150% of the power.

                      Nice!

I bought my second KLR650 on 12/31/2011 while I was still using a walker after the first one was destroyed by a left-turning phone poker. I brought my friend George to help load it into the trailer. By the time I was able to graduate to a cane, I had it farkled to taste, and took the first short spin in February 2012.

The seller was more than a little weirded out, but he needed the cash...

I like seeing the engine too. But this is about riding. No one loves their old motorcycles more than I do.....but I also ride..a lot. I need a newer bike for that. I want technology on my side...I want a fairing but I'm not ready for a goldwing for example.
Everything in life changes...no one says you have to like it.
