    picked another '78 GS1000

    I picked another GS1000, my third one.Its in bad shape but complete.The seller even gave me 3 original alloy spoked wheels.

    Nice. The last one I bought had no tank or seat. Can I ask what you paid?

      550$ canadian, bought one in similar condition 10 years ago for 150$.I cannot loose with the spoked wheels and the tank.In 2008 I paid 450$ for the one I still use. Price are going up.

                      I will have to work a little to get one from the last owner.
                      It was stored at the first owner garage, he told me that he rode this gs to colorado, yellowstone park and many more national park.Second owner got sick and the bike was parked.

                            I'm building one, the frame is almost done, only need few tabs welded, the rake is now 26 degree on this frame.
