Here is a short clip from Steve Avalon at CNN that I believe nicely sums up the vaccine refusal situation.

Stupidity has no limits, other than one. Choking to death with covid in an ICU needlessly will likely limit further insistance.

How you two doing now, Scott? All OK? Wouldn't be surprised if it kicked your butt the day after (lol, it did me).

1st shot, nothing other than the slightest bit sore arm. The day of the 2nd shot, nothing either, but the day after the 2nd shot, was like a bad flu.

Very sore arm Yesterday, some fatigue but I still mowed and planted flowers. Slept like a log last night but feeling better today. It hit Paula pretty hard today, she has slept a lot.

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

Very early in pandemic last year I heard researchers saying this was a possibility, that covid could stay with us forever if we didn't eradicate it. Wave after wave of infection from new variants and the pharmaceutical companies constantly designing new vaccines in order to try keep up to new variants. Like the annual flu vaccine only for a more infectious and deadly virus.

^^^ I think that is very likely. Now that Covid has found us, it is unlikely to leave such a good and numerous host species without a tremendous struggle.. We are even better at congregating and travelling than bats, chickens and pigs.

Applying a blanket condemnation against all that don't want the shot and calling them stupid is in itself MORE stupid that what these people are doing themselves.

You're correct, although many are. But, I prefer selfish, and uniformed.

You're right: Mostly stupid, totally selfish and ignorant.
