    Congratulations on your purchase. Your money goes further in your area than it does up here in Vancouver. We were forced into the market near the beginning of COVID, were able to buy an apartment only, and I sure do miss our garage.

    The market here in the Seattle area, from my perspective, is undoubtedly insane. That said, my wife recently clued me in on how crazy the market is up in Vancouver. She said, "you think it's bad here? Try up in Vancouver". So yeah. I'm sorry man. I hope you get a garage again someday.
