Default Anyone go for a swim today? Pics?

You don't need to see pics of my bloated belly. Besides, I was practically skinny dipping. No phone, no money, no keys, just a towel and pool pass. Just a few steps off my patio; I swam two laps, did some exercises, and spent another 1/2 hour in the sun (UV 9 day).

    Life is so beautiful.

I went to a creek that is feed from underground spring, crisp cool clear Ozark water. can spot a crawdad on the bottom in four/five foot of water, slipped and busted my arse very hard. but other than that had a great time. Locals tell me back in the day in was twenty feet deep in that particular section and crystal clear.

I was there one time after a serious downpour, true meaning of flash flood. The rain stopped and in half an hour here came the water down the creek in got 14 feet deep and rushing like crazy in minutes, quite the sight.

We used to go on 'water hikes' in camp. Trek along on the rocks, eventually get pretty wet. The follow up to the annual shaving cream fight.

After my hip injuries, I'll be sticking to Adult Swim. Can't really trip or fall once you're in the pool. And even though it's been more than 30 years since I was involved in Semi-Pro Competitive Tanning, I'm hooked again. I wonder how my Home Health Aide will feel about helping me shave my back...

Glad to hear the re-hab is still going well.

Imagine that today. The puppy caught yanking on the bikini bottom of a little girl would be a registered sex offender murdered in his cell by the A.B.

First week, M,T,W a few laps, a few minutes in the sun (unprotected), no problems. Next week, Monday, no problems. Wednesday, not too many hours after, I'm not just feeling the burn, I'm feeling the pain. Completely covered in blisters. Six days later and I'm starting to recover. Today's sun is not the same sun I tanned in thirty or fourth years ago.

Aloe creme worked a bit on a nasty sunburn i had a couple year ago.
