There is no easy way to replace the diaphragm other than purchasing diaphragms from JBM...http://jbmindustries.com/Dimensions.html

I transplanted some from one set of slides onto another but it was a labor intensive process using a lathe to remove the diaphragm from one slide and transplant it onto another after making a special insert that was glued in place to hold the diaphragm. It was a fun project but I wont repeat it.

No other ideas out there.. They sell the diaphragms every where...I couldn't even find any replacement services though,,And once you mess with them there yours lolol..JBM seems to be the best temporary solution..

So far non of the diaphragms have any holes. I just noticed a few places where I could see some fiber in the creases,,No light would shine through,Is there a rubber cement available of an equivalent that I could possibly use to prolong the life of them..Or run them ...Any advice is appreciated ..Thanks..
