Air filter foam

Hello again,
I'm looking for the foam sleeve that goes over the filter cage. Aftermarket I imagine. What should I be looking for ?

I need 2 of them.

They still offer them original from Suzuki.I found a Uni aftermarket in-box foam element on Ebay.

I looked at the UNI. It looks like it has a closed end. Ours have to be open, no ?

The one in my 83 GS750ES(same)has a closed end.

That must have been recent;I looked a couple months ago and just the filter foam was available.

The filter has an interesting shape,almost looks like a type of small foam 'hat' with a little brim.
