    83 1100e main jet

Today I took off the bowls on a set that I kept from the last gs 1100 part out. I noticed the main jet is 115 instead of the 112.5 the book says. I doubt they were changed as this OG owner only rode it 6000 miles then left it in his backyard till he died. Is just a few numbers difference that big a change on an original stocker?

lf your daily rider has 115's & someone changed them to 112.5's or 117.5's, while you were asleep, you would never know. Just my opinion from changing a bunch of them.

Yeah you won't notice that. Could be the dealer changed them for elevation or maybe the rack was switched out at some point.
