    GR650 Battery Draining When Off

I put in a new battery, it starts and the voltage goes up with higher rpm's but the battery drained while sitting off for 3 hours. I tested from the positive wire to ground and I'm getting a reading (weak I think). Am I grounding out somewhere? Is it the stator or rectifier/regulator? How do I test it?

    Thanks

Best plan is to re-charge the battery, pull all the fuses and put them back in one at a time, observing an ammeter in the positive lead from the battery.
There should be nothing parasitically draining the battery, unless you have a clock installed, or something like that.
Also disconnect the reg-rec just to see if the drain is via that.
