SS brake hose kits for GS1000EC?

I'm looking for a pre-made kit for the front and rear of my 1978 GS1000EC, any suggestions as to a good brand? I would like to get black lines that appear close to original in appearance. Thanks.

When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!

I bought Venhill, very good. Lots of colors available, and great customer service. Measure yours and buy new line, swivel or fixed ends (but you'll have to clock those correctly), and new banjo bolts and copper washers. If stock, your bike should have 10mm x 1.0 pitch bolts at the MCs and Calipers. measure to be sure. Some others may have kits already made up for your bike year and model. Some like to build their on from lines and fittings from Earls. I have also read only good things about Apex and Russel as well. I'm sure there are more.

Building your own lines form made in USA Earl's parts removes all doubt regarding getting the exact perfect length and angles of the hose ends. It's cheaper than most all premade lines too.

Not that it matters in this case but do you know if the earls make your own are approved for ABS use?

the set of earls I have on my GS have been great for a number of years now.
